Puts It Into Words
Helena perfectly articulates how younger people feel in the workforce from time to time. When saying we would like balance at work, it is perceived as laziness when it is generally the complete opposite. Those who want to work hard, regardless of age, will always work hard. Helena is one of those people and I am proud she stepped out and wrote this book!

Good surprise!
It took me longer than expected to start reading Helena Zikova‘s “Dear Monsters”, but once I started, it wasn’t easy to stop reading. Congrats Helena on putting down your experiences in a funny but serious way. This book is unique as it shows leadership through a millennial’s eyes. Looking forward to reading your next book! And by the way, it was impossible not to imagine how the Big Boss interacted with you (I guess everyone that has worked at Marsh McLennan can remember how motivating the morning coffees were with him 🙂)

Dear Monsters is an absolutely great read. I was able to relate and yet learn about what kind of moves to make to further and better my career. It is very refreshing as the author is a millennial herself. I loved the personal touch, the story telling as well as the different exercises.
